研究方向:
(1)海洋药用微生物资源及酶制剂开发;(2)纳米药物和靶向给药系统;(3)肠道微生物与健康;(4)微生物污染评估和防控。
科研成果:
近年承担参与国家和省级项目9项,已发表SCI论文二十余篇,副主编著作《医药概论》。
近五年主持项目:
(1)国家自然科学基金委员会, 青年项目, 基于刺参肠道宏基因组文库的新型高效褐藻胶降解酶的筛选及分子机制研究, 25万元, 主持。
(2)山东省自然科学基金委员会,面上项目,基于刺参肠道宏基因组文库的新型高效褐藻胶裂解酶的筛选和结构功能研究,17万元,主持。
(3)中国博士后基金委员会,面上项目,一种双功能适冷外切褐藻胶裂解酶的表征及分子机制研究,5万元,主持。
(4)校企共建实验项目,药剂生产环境菌群防控与新型检测技术开发,20万元,承担。
