研究方向:

1.陆源性病原体陆海迁移机制研究:基于病原生物学、海洋科学、水动力学、环境科学等多学科领域交叉的研究思路和手段,探究以弓形虫为代表性的陆源性病原体的陆海迁移机制及生态风险评估,为制定相应的感染防控策略提供多元化的理论支撑。

2.噬菌体靶向防治海洋生物病害技术的开发及应用:利用噬菌体的专一性、高效性对海水养殖产业中的致病弧菌进行新型防控技术开发,将新型科技成果转化为现实可行的产品、技术,推动我国近海水产养殖业绿色发展。
