柴迎梅,电话:13173307650,邮箱: 和虾的免疫工作,分子克隆和表达免疫相关蛋白基因并研究其功能,从松江鲈鱼中克隆了fibrinogen相关蛋白基因,白细胞趋化因子等基因。主持纵向课题2项, 其中国家海洋局海洋生物活性物质与现代分析技术重点实验室开放基金1项,山东省博士后创新专项资金1项。参与纵向项目3项,其中国家自然基金2项,云顶yd222线路检测自然基金1项。主持开发类项目4项。发表学术论文20余篇,其中SCI收录15篇。作为第一作者发表SCI论文7篇,其中JCR一区论文5篇,并且该期刊为农林科学大类TOP期刊;
· 2007-2009年,在山东老员工命学院动物实验研究室,做博士后工作,主要研究对虾肝胰腺受白斑病毒感染后的蛋白质组学工作,并克隆对虾的fibrinogen相关蛋白基因。
· 2003-2006在国家海洋局第一海洋研究所海洋活性物质重点实验室攻读博士学位,主要研究大菱鲆细胞分泌惨与免疫功能,并克隆了VAMP-2蛋白基因。
· 2014.3-2014.9在美国耶鲁大学医学院癌症研究中心做各种药物对knock-down ERbB2和3基因后癌细胞影响研究

Teach biochemical theory and experiments. Do research on a novel protein with a fibrinogen-like domain inMarsupenaeus japonicas.Perform gene cloning and protein expression profile by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, express the recombinant protein and make antiserum to be used in the protein functional analysis. Clone and express two fibrinogen-related proteinsand LECT2 genein roughskinsculpin (Trachidermusfasciatus).
Hostedtwoprojects, includingone open fund of key laboratory of Marine biological active substance and modern analysis technology of state oceanic administration, andone special fund of postdoctoral innovation of shandong province. Participated inthreeprojects, among whichtwo were national natural fund andone was natural fund of shandong university. Hostingfourdevelopment projects.Published over 20 academic papers, among which 15 have been included in SCI. As the first author, I published 7 SCI papers, including 5 JCR papers in the first district, and this journal is the TOP journal of agricultural and forestry science.
