张 莉，博士，教授，1979-1983 兰州医学院药学系（现兰州大学药学院），获理学学士学位；1998-2001 兰州医学院基础药理，获药理硕士学位 ；2001-2004 四川大学华西药学院，获药剂学博士学位。1986-1990 年从事医院临床药学理论和药物代谢动力学理论研究，1990-1998 年从事静脉输注制剂及中药新制剂的研制，1998-2001 年从事复方紫归胶囊的制备及治疗更年期综合征的药理研究，2001-2004 年研究从事新剂型肝靶向微乳制剂的理论研究。2008.9-2009.9 在美国德州休斯敦大学药学院做访问学者，从事脂质体质量检测工作。
